Aron Barnes has a rich background in football and human performance, combining on-field experience with a deep interest in the psychology behind development and leadership. A former semi-professional footballer in England, Aron’s playing career took him to Spain, Israel and America. A highlight for him was spending time at Real Madrid’s world-class training centre in 2005 and meeting some of the best players in the world.

Transitioning into coaching, Aron has worked across the United States, Europe, and within the professional football industry in the UK - including with the England Women’s National Team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in sports coaching psychology and the UEFA B Football Coaching Licence. His expertise is in the psychological aspects of player development and human performance.

This foundation inspired Aron’s move into the broader field of Organisational Culture and Leadership, where he is now a co-owner of Bridge Partnership. He spends his time as a coach and consultant to global leaders. His focus is on helping individuals and organisations create environments that are healthy, human, and high performing.
